1. How to Prepare Your Submission?

Before submitting your manuscript, complete the following requirements:

  • The article should be in MS Word format; PDF files may also be submitted.

2. Article Length and Word Count

  • Articles should be between 5000 and 10,000 words in length, including the abstract, references, tables, figures, and appendices.
  • All articles must be accompanied by an abstract of 150–250 words and 4–6 keywords.
  • Authors should follow academic research ethics and standards.

3. General Format of the Paper

  1. Cover page
  2. Abstract
  3. Introduction
  4. Literature Review

Abstract

  • A concise summary of the research (150-250 words) including research question, methods, key findings, and implications.

Introduction

  • Background and significance of the research topic.
  • Research problem or question.
  • Purpose and scope of the paper.
  • May include a brief literature review.

Literature Review

  • Overview and synthesis of existing research.
  • Identification of gaps addressed by the study.

Theoretical Framework

A review of existing theories guiding the research arguments.

Methodology

  • Research design, participants, data collection, and analysis.
  • Details sufficient for replication.

Results

  • Objective presentation of findings, including tables and figures.
  • No interpretation or discussion.

Discussion

  • Interpretation of results relative to research questions and literature.
  • Implications, limitations, and future research directions.

Conclusion

  • Summary of key findings and significance.
  • Possible recommendations.

References

  • All cited sources listed in APA 7th edition style.

4. General Formatting Guidelines

  • Font: Use 12-point Times New Roman or similar clear, readable font.
  • Margins: Set 1-inch margins on all sides.
  • Spacing: Use double-spacing throughout the document.
  • Indentation: Indent first line of each paragraph by ½ inch.
  • Headings: Use title case for all headings.
  • Citations: Use APA 7th edition in-text citation format.
  • Page Numbers: Include page numbers, typically in header or footer.
